Developer's Misleading comments about rare orchid at Carrbridge

Rare plants in the pine woodland at Carrbridge threatened by by the proposed Tulloch development of 117 houses include the orchid creeping lady's tresses (Goodyera repens) . The 2007 report (PDF link) for the developer on important species misleadingly states of this orchid "no signs of presence have been recorded and no previous records are available". BSCG has advised the CNPA of the presence of this orchid right across the site and showed specimens in flower to CNPA staff in 2006.
