Strathspey Waste Action Network (SWAN) For 5 years BSCG has supported SWAN's chip a tree project that turns unwanted christmas trees into useful chips. BSCG welcomes SWAN's zero biodegradable waste initiative which has done much to encourage home composting in our district keeping green waste from going to landfill where it can contributes to problems for the environment including adding to climate changing gases.
